Shipping Methods
Sewell offers a variety of shipping options. Your shipping options will be available during the checkout process. Here are some details to help you to better understand your shipping options:
Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days from order date.
Two-Day Delivery: 2 business days from order date.
Next Day Delivery: Following business day from order date.
Standard Delivery or Standard Ground
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-6 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
Two-Day Delivery or 2-Day Express
If requested, your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Overnight Delivery or Priority Overnight
If requested, your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Shipping Charges or Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)
D&P is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
International Shipping
Orders being shipped outside the U.S. or imported into a non-U.S. country maybe assessed additional fees beyond what has been calculated in the shopping cart. Such fees will be determined by the importing country based on value and type of commodity. Such fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, PST or GST may apply to all orders using the Standard Delivery method. International orders shipped via International Economy or International Priority do not include such fees.

Returns
& exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed, uninstalled or defective merchandise for a refund.
Click here to submit your request for return. We will reply within the next few business days with further information regarding your return. Please note that all merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Closeouts, Pontiac keys or items purchased in an auction format cannot be returned for any reason.
Important Note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.
Return Instructions:
To start the return process, call us at 888-317-7222 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.
- A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
Damage Items and Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 888-317-7222 .
Return Policy Exceptions:
- Performance parts - must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Keys - Master, Valet, Wallet or other cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
- Electronics - must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Special Paint Items - discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery and are not usually allowed for exchanges or returns. Subject to approval.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

Credit card use
Sewell Pontiac accepts the following credit cards for online
purchases:

Credit Cards:
The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time
your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does
not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds
your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
If you
feel an error has occurred, you will be asked to submit your order
again.
Sales tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Sewell Pontiac order
in accordance with Texas state regulations, if your shipping
address is within Texas' borders.
Order status & history
ORDER UPDATES: We will send updates regarding the
status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the
e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Registered customers, please click

Non-registered customers do not have online
access to order status and history. You may request information
