We are an extension of Sewell Pontiac, a well established Pontiac Dealership in Dallas, Texas specializing in genuine Pontiac parts and accessories.

What are your ordering and shipping policies?
Shipping charges are calculated for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as paint or special orders.  Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.  Texas residents must add standard sales tax to all orders. Freight is not included in the price of the parts; actual charges will be added during the checkout process. Freight costs are calculated on weight and size. Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Deliveries - Add $6.00 to the applicable shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart.  This charge will be added to the order although not displayed at checkout.  Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, not special ordered, and within 15 days from the date of receipt. All returns must have a return authorization number or an approval via email from one of our Internet Customer Relations Specialists.  We do not charge a restocking fee.

Our Guarantee
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and a short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative. We will accept the return provided it is unused, in resalable condition, and returned within 15 days from the date of receipt. Return of item ordered in error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due.  If Sewell Pontiac is in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges.  Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.
